I saw three of these, one large and two small at the same time.

A recent small sketch.

My foster kitty.  About six weeks old now.  She loves to climb.  In this photo she had climbed the living room chair and jumped into a small side table.

I took my sister-in-law to Daiso.  She loves tiny things too.  Daiso is a Japanese store where almost everything is $1.50.  Although they have things that I absolutely don’t need, they are impossible to pass up.  Take for example, these mini forks for picking up  pieces of cut up fruit.  Or more tiny envelopes.  The skeleton pin is not from Daiso.  It was handmade to wear on Dia de los Muertos or Day of the Dead.  It is a holiday celebrated on October 31st (Halloween) by people living in Mexico, or Mexicans living in other countries. In Mexico, people will take the favorite food of their deceased relatives to the cemetery and have a picnic to honor them.

The kitty has kept me busy, but now that she is eating on her own, and running with my dogs through the house, I will have more time to maybe do some art. Still hoping to find a loving home for her.  And now that the weather is changing, I want to tend to my yard more. I found a new nursery with excellent prices and lots of small succulents.

Enjoy your week and the seasonal changes it brings.

Thank you for visiting!
